Just a little taste of what it was like to watch the steeple going up...

The steeple is in place!

This month has seen some major changes to the exterior of our building.  The siding is all in place, the bricks have been finished and the steeple was lifted to the roof just yesterday.  The building is truly shaping up!  Including a few pics to bring you all up to date...

Just a few pictures to show what was accomplished today.  Many thanks to all those who volunteered their time to run the wheelbarrows to get that concrete moved in!!

This week has seen some more exciting things happening!  Today we poured the concrete in the sanctuary.  I have added some new pics to bring you up to date..

First week of May...

A few new pics to show you our progress.  It is coming along nicely!  Might even be a concrete floor in the sanctuary by the end of the week!!

April's Happenings

The last couple weeks have seen a multitude of change in the building.  Some of it is highly visible, and some of it doesn't seem like much.  Hope that the pictures can relay some of what is happening.

A highlight for the month was our first social in the new building.  We had a dessert potluck on Saturday evening, April 28th.  It was a bit chilly, but a good crowd showed up and we had lots of good things to eat.  I will include a picture or two of that as well.
